1. a) include in structure of Security Council of the Russian Federation as the permanent member of this Council Vayno A. E. - Head of Administration of the President of the Russian Federation;

b) include in structure of Security Council of the Russian Federation as members of this Council of the following persons:

Menyaylo S. I. - Russian President's Plenipotentiary in the Siberian federal district

Nurgaliyev R. G. is the Deputy Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation

Tsukanov N. N. is the plenipotentiary of the President of the Russian Federation in the Northwestern Federal District;

c) name of position of Belaventsev O. E. state in the following edition: "plenipotentiary of the President of the Russian Federation in the North Caucasian Federal District";

d) name of position of Bulavin V. I. state in the following edition: "Head of the Federal Customs Service";

e) to state the name of position of Ivanov S. B. in the following edition: "the special representative of the President of the Russian Federation concerning nature protection activities, ecology and transport";

e) eliminate permanent members of Security Council of the Russian Federation of Nurgaliyev R. G., from among members of this Council - Melikova S.A. and Rogozhkina N. E.

2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
