Article 1. Words of article 193 of the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia of April 18, 2003 (further – the Code) "are attracted by imprisonment, for a period of two up to six years" shall be replaced with words "attracts imprisonment for a period of two up to six years with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or to be engaged in certain activities for the term of not over three years".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
