Sales of goods, marked in shape, not excluding possibility of use of excise stamps and (or) labels one and more time or without accomplishment of electronic registration in accordance with the established procedure or markings of the goods which are subject to marking by the excise stamps and (or) labels provided not for marking of these products, or marked by excise stamps and (or) labels the determined dating after the permitted realization terms established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia and also marked by the excise stamps provided for container of certain amount, and (or) the labels which underwent electronic registration packed and marked in Torahs (packagings) of other amount, if total cost of these goods on specified at the seller to the prices (if cost is not specified, at the prices, determined in established by the legislation procedure) constitutes from fifty thousand to five hundred thousand dram,
attracts infliction of penalty from eight hundred multiple to the thousandfold size of minimum wage.".
