Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of charge, accounting and expenditure of funds for implementation of compulsory social insurance from labor accidents and occupational diseases approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 2, 2000 No. 184 "About approval of Rules of charge, accounting and expenditure of funds for implementation of compulsory social insurance from labor accidents and occupational diseases" (The Russian Federation Code, 2000, No. 11, Art. 1181; 2003, No. 51, Art. 4987; 2005, No. 16, Art. 1457; 2011, No. 2, Art. 392).
2. Declare invalid the subitem "v" of Item of 1 changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation on the questions connected with enhancement of compulsory social insurance from labor accidents and occupational diseases approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 31, 2010 No. 1231 "About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation on the questions connected with enhancement of compulsory social insurance from labor accidents and occupational diseases" (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, No. 2, the Art. 392).
3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2017.
