About entering of amendment into the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To add the criminal code of the Republic of Armenia of April 18, 2003 with Article 171.1 of the following content:
"Article 171.1. Abuse of regulations of use of auxiliary reproductive technologies
Intended use of auxiliary reproductive technologies with violation of the rules of use of auxiliary reproductive technologies by person performing medical care and servicing established by the law to person who is not the biological parent of the child
attracts imposing of penalty from the thousandfold size of minimum wage, thousandfold to three, arrest for the term of not over three years with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or to be engaged in certain activities, for the term of not over three years or without deprivation of the right.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
