About some questions of establishment of conservation zones of objects of electric grid economy

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of establishment of conservation zones of objects of electric grid economy and special conditions of use of the parcels of land located in borders of such zones, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 24, 2009 No. 160 "About procedure for establishment of conservation zones of objects of electric grid economy and special conditions of use of the parcels of land located in borders of such zones" (The Russian Federation Code, 2009, No. 10, Art. 1220; 2013, No. 24, Art. 2999).

2. The changes approved by this resolution extend to the objects placed in borders of conservation zones of objects of electric grid economy after the date of entry into force of this resolution.

3. Determine that:

approval of borders of conservation zones of the objects of electric grid economy put into operation before the date of entry into force of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 24, 2009 No. 160, with the federal executive body exercising federal state energy supervision is not required;

data on borders of conservation zones of the objects of electric grid economy put into operation before the date of entry into force of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 24, 2009 No. 160, are introduced in the State Immovable Property Cadastre based on the statement of the organization owning such objects on the property right or on other legal cause. Such data shall provide the specified organizations to the federal executive body performing the cadastral registration and maintaining the State Immovable Property Cadastre till January 1, 2015.
