About modification of the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To state article 332.1 of the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia of April 18, 2003 (further – the Code) in the following edition:
"Article 332.1. Hindrance to implementation of powers of the Defender of human rights
1. Hindrance to implementation of powers of the Defender of human rights, including, intervention in its activities in any way, non-admission of its access to any place, in connection with implementation of the powers of the Defender of human rights established by the law:
attracts imposing of penalty from two hundred multiple to four hundred multiple sizes of minimum wage or arrest for a period of one up to three months, or imprisonment, for the term of not over two years.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
