About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of forms of the reporting and procedures for their filling and representation" of October 9, 2015 No. 699

For the purpose of implementation of article 319 of the Tax Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to articles 85 and 86 of the Tax Code of the Kyrgyz Republic the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of forms of the reporting and procedures for their filling and representation" of October 9, 2015 No. 699 the following changes and amendments:

- the fourth Item 1 after the word of "sales" to add the paragraph with the word of "subject";

- report form on the sales tax of small business entity (to state FORM STI-129) approved by the above-stated resolution in edition according to appendix 1 to this resolution;

- report form on the sales tax of the subject of medium business (to state FORM STI-130) approved by the above-stated resolution in edition according to appendix 2 to this resolution;

- report form on the sales tax of the subject (except for the subject of small and medium entrepreneurship) (to state FORM STI-131) approved by the above-stated resolution in edition according to appendix 3 to this resolution;

- according to the procedure of filling and submission of the report on the sales tax (FORM STI-129, FORM STI-130, FORM STI-131) approved by the above-stated resolution:
