Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 27, 2012 No. 1416 "About approval of Rules of state registration of medical products" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 1, Art. 14; No. 43, Art. 5556; 2014, No. 30, Art. 4310).

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 27, 2012 No. 1416

1. In paragraph one of the subitem "b" of Item 2 of figure "2017" to replace with figures "2021".

2. In Rules of state registration of the medical products approved by the specified resolution:

a) to state the subitem "k" of Item 9 in the following edition:

"j) code of the All-Russian Product Classifier by types of economic activity;";

b) to state the subitem "i" of Item 56 in the following edition:

"i) code of the All-Russian Product Classifier by types of economic activity.";

c) add with Item 58 (1) the following content:

"58(1). The expert organization performs consultation on questions of the procedures connected with state registration of medical products, according to the procedure, established by registering body.".
