About some questions of judicial examination

The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Reorganize the republican state state company "Center of Forensic Medicine of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan" by accession to it of public institution "Center of judicial examination of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan".

2. Rename the republican state state company "Center of Forensic Medicine of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan" into the republican state state company "Center of Judicial Examinations of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (further - the company).

3. Determine:

1) the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan authorized body of the corresponding industry concerning the company;

2) the main objects of activity of the company production of judicial examination on criminal, civil cases and cases on administrative offenses means of special scientific knowledge, and also implementation of research activities for questions of judicial examination.

4. To provide to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) submission on approval to Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the charter of the company;

2) state registration of the company in judicial authorities;

3) acceptance of other measures following from this resolution.

5. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

6. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
