Article 1. The cost of works on land management on production of the documents certifying the property right to the parcels of land by transfer free of charge the parcels of land in property to citizens of Ukraine

The cost of works on land management on production of the documents certifying the property right to the parcels of land in case of allocation in nature (on the area) the parcels of land to owners of land shares (shares) cannot exceed five not taxable minima of the income of citizens.

The cost of works on land management on production of the document certifying the property right to the parcel of land by transfer free of charge of the parcels of land in property to citizens of Ukraine according to Article 121 of the Land code of Ukraine, except the cases determined by part one of this Article cannot exceed nine not taxable minima of the income of citizens.

Article 2. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of its publication.

2. Part the fourth article 29 of the Law of Ukraine "About state registration of the corporeal rights to real estate and their restrictions" (2004, N 51, the Art. 553) after the words "and their officials" to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with the words "citizens of Ukraine which transfers free of charge to the possession the parcels of land according to Article 121 of the Land code of Ukraine".
