1. State Article 79 in the following edition:

"Article 79. Violation of requirements about prohibition of smoking of tobacco products, stipulated by the legislation Turkmenistan

Violation of requirements about prohibition of smoking of tobacco products, stipulated by the legislation Turkmenistan, that is smoking of tobacco products:

1) in premises of public authorities, local government bodies, at the companies, in the organizations and organizations irrespective of patterns of ownership, military units and connections, on shopping facilities, catering establishments, consumer services, in hotels;

2) in the territories and in premises of cultural and educational institutions, objects of physical culture and sport, health care and health resorts;

3) in rooms of railway stations, bus stations, air terminals, sea and river ports, in places in the open air at distance of less than 15 (fifteen) meters from entrances to rooms of railway stations, bus stations, air terminals, sea and river ports intended for rendering services in transportations of passengers in trains, on vessels, aircrafts and all types of public transport, on passenger platforms, gas stations;

4) in parks and squares, underground passages, in borders of the territories occupied with beaches and other places of mass visit of citizens;

5) in elevators and rooms public of apartment houses, at playgrounds –

attracts imposing of penalty in the amount up to one size of basic size with confiscation of tobacco products, the devices intended for their smoking or without that.".
