7) rehabilitation repeated (for children) is amount of the rehabilitation services provided to patients with violation of BSF according to the international criteria in department MR, RTs, sanatoria according to clinical protocols on medical rehabilitation.";

"2) the second stage (continued) - rendering MR in the early recovery period of course of disease or injury depending on nosology, severity of condition of the patient, violations of BSF according to the international criteria is also carried out by MDK in amounts "Rehabilitation of II And" and "Rehabilitation of the II B" in departments MR of the republican centers, multi-profile hospitals, RTs, according to clinical protocols on medical rehabilitation.

To patients who cannot independently move, but have the researches of perspective of recovery or compensation of function confirmed with objective methods, MR is performed at home by specialists of MDK APO (exit form).

Hospitalization at the main stages of medical rehabilitation is carried out once for the entire period of disease.";

For carrying out the first stage MR in one medical organization, the patient is transferred to department (beds) of MR without registration in the Portal and it is considered as one treated case. In case of absence of department (beds) of MR, transfer of the patient in the medical organization having department (beds) of MR is performed through the Portal. Transfer of the patient in profile department MR is made by the doctor-coordinator of the directing organization by preliminary approval of the doctor-coordinator of MDK of the accepting organization.

The second stage MR is carried out with registration in the Portal.";
