About amendment of the Chart of accounts of budget accounting and Methodological regulations of the organization of financial accounting and the financial reporting of the budgetary institutions approved by the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 216 of December 28, 2015

Based on part (2) article 11 of the Law on financial accounting No. 113-XVI of April 27, 2007 (repeated publication: Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, No. 27-34, of St. 61) I ORDER:

Of December 28, 2015 to make the following additions to the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 216:

1. In appendix No. 1 "The chart of accounts of budget accounting and Methodological regulations of the organization of financial accounting and the financial reporting of budgetary institutions to" Chapter III "Procedure for application of the chart of accounts of financial accounting in budget system":

at the end to add Item 3.2.21 with the text: "According to the order of the head of budget body / organization on sending out on business of workers abroad, the accounts department of budget body / organization charges the money intended for compensation of traveling expenses according to the regulations established by the Regulations on sending out on business of workers of subjects of the Republic of Moldova approved by the Order of the Government No. 10 of January 5, 2012 transfers these funds in national currency into accounts of cash cards of the recalled workers or, according to their requirement, issues cash foreign currency which can be used in the country of destination for implementation of traveling expenses including for room reservation.

Responsibility for use of this money according to the existing legal acts lies on owners of cards.

Within 5 working days after completion of overseas business trip, the recalled workers submit in accounts department of budget body / organization expense reports, statements of credit cards, other substantiating vouchers, for performing final settlement on traveling expenses."

2. This order becomes effective from the date of its publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
