Bring in the collection Payment procedure on compulsory national pension insurance from separate types of economic activities approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 3, 1998 No. 1740 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1998, No. 44, Art. 1632; 1999, No. 7, Art. 234, No. 34, Art. 1778; 2005, No. 13, Art. 668, No. 37, Art. 2284; 2013, No. 5, Art. 160; 2014, No. 54, Art. 1445; 2015, No. 44, Art. 1378; 2016, No. 54, the Art. 1892), changes which are applied.

1. Item 15-12 - after paragraph one to add with the new paragraph of the following content:
"Collection on compulsory national pension insurance is not paid by subscribers when sending the charitable telecommunication message.".
With respect thereto paragraphs two - to consider the fourth respectively paragraphs the third or fifth.
2. Item 15-13 - to add with paragraphs of the following content:
"Cost of services in sending the charitable telecommunication message.
In case of receipt of the charitable telecommunication message the collection amount on compulsory national pension insurance, proceeding from the amount of means which the operator of cellular mobile communication transfers the non-profitable organization, including charitable organization (except political parties and credit unions) or to territorial community, is set off by the operator of cellular mobile communication on account of reduction of the current payments on the specified collection during the current accounting period.".
