Make the following changes to the "Procedure for official publication of acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of April 11, 2012 No. 80 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2012, No. 4, Article 392:
1. in the first offer of part 2 of the word "in the Azerbaijan newspaper" shall be replaced with words "in the Halg Gazeti newspaper".
2. After the text of part 14 to add with "Note" of the following content:
"Note. Changes are made to this Procedure according to the Item 2.6-1 "Regulations on Procedure for Preparation and Adoption of Regulatory Legal Acts of Executive Bodies", No. 772 approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of August 24, 2002.".
