The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the collection Payment procedure on compulsory national pension insurance from separate types of economic activities approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 3, 1998 No. 1740 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1998, No. 44, the Art. 1632, No. 47, Art. 1730; 1999, No. 7, Art. 234, No. 34, Art. 1778; 2005, No. 13, Art. 668, No. 37, Art. 2284; 2013, No. 5, Art. 160; 2014, No. 54, the Art. 1445), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to collection Payment procedure on compulsory national pension insurance from separate types of economic activities

1. State Items 3 and 4 in the following edition:

"3. Physical persons (except the physical persons performing transactions on purchase of foreign currency for repayment of the credits) pay collection on compulsory national pension insurance when implementing transactions on purchase of foreign currency in cash form.

4. When implementing transactions on purchase by physical person of foreign currency the bank (financial institution) charges (holds) and lists collection on compulsory national pension insurance in the size established by the law at the expense of means of such person.

In the receipt on implementation of currency exchange transaction the fee paid amount is specified compulsory national pension insurance upon purchase of foreign currency by physical person in cash form.".
