About entering of amendments into some orders of the Government

The government DECIDES:

1. The order of the Government No. 650 of June 12, 2006. "About compensation of the military personnel, the private and the commanding structure of bodies of national defense, state security, public order and law enforcement agencies" (2006, Art. No. 91-94, 692), with subsequent changes and amendments, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with Item 16-1 of the following content:

"16-1. The serviceman, to the faces of the private and the commanding structure enlisted on service in bodies of national defense, state security, public order and law enforcement agencies, for preserving the monthly income gained from the salary as a result of implementation of the principle of obligation of payments of individual fees of the national social insurance since January 1, 2017 establishes monthly remuneration in the amount of 6,5 of percent of official pay rate, taking into account the allowances, surcharges and remunerations established according to this resolution which belong to the salary".

2. The regulations on financial provision of officers of information and safety approved by the Order of the Government No. 253 of April 20, 2012. (2012, Art. No. 85-87, 295), with subsequent changes and amendments, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with Item 10-1 of the following content:

"10-1. To officers of information and safety for preserving the monthly income gained from the salary as a result of implementation of the principle of obligation of payments of individual fees of the national social insurance since January 1, 2017 monthly remuneration in the amount of 6, of percent of official pay rate, taking into account the allowances, surcharges and remunerations established according to this resolution and appendix No. 14 to the Order of the Government No. 650 of June 12, 2006 is established.
