About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning ensuring obligation fulfillment on payment of energy resources

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning ensuring obligation fulfillment on payment of energy resources.

2. Determine that:

a) in case of determination by the organization performing hot water supply, compliance of subscribers to criterion, the stipulated in Item 125 Rules of hot water supply approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 29, 2013 No. 642 "About approval of Rules of hot water supply and modification of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 13, 2006 No. 83" the debt of the subscriber on payment of hot water which arose before entry into force of this resolution is not considered;

b) in case of determination by the organization performing cold water supply and (or) water disposal, compliance of subscribers to criterion, the stipulated in Item 150 Rules of cold water supply and water disposal approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 29, 2013 No. 644 "About approval of Rules of cold water supply and water disposal and about introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" the debt of the subscriber on payment of drinking and (or) technical water, water disposal which arose before entry into force of this resolution is not considered.
