About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About introduction of state regulation of vodka prices" of January 23, 2013 No. 26

For the purpose of providing equal conditions for business by all subjects of the market of alcoholic products, increase in receipt of tax payments in the government budget due to market legalization, according to part 1 of article 13 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About state regulation of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol and alcoholic products" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About introduction of state regulation of vodka prices" of January 23, 2013 No. 26 the following changes:

- in Item 1:

in the paragraph the second to replace figures "60" with figures "81";

in paragraph three of figure "70" to replace with figures "90";

- in Item 6 of the word "The Ministry of Economics of the Kyrgyz Republic" shall be replaced with words "authorized state body in the field of fiscal policy".

2. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
