About modification of Rules of technical operation of navigable hydraulic engineering constructions
On osnovaniiabzayets of the sixth of article 9 of the Code of inland water transport of the Republic of Belarus, subitem 5.9 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 985 "Questions of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus", the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. In paragraph five of Item 291 of Rules of technical operation of the navigable hydraulic engineering constructions approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus of July 23, 2002 No. 26 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2002, No. 101, 8/8471), words of "statistical material" shall be replaced with words "information on results of observations".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
