For the purpose of support to separate insurance companies, according to article 7 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the organization of insurance in the Kyrgyz Republic", articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the minimum sizes of the authorized capital for the insurance (reinsurance) organizations and insurance (reinsurance) brokers" of June 1, 2016 No. 292 the following amendments:
- in Item 1:
third after words and figures "in the amount of at least 100000000 (hundred million) som" to add the paragraph with words and figures "till January 1, 2017";
the fourth after words and figures "in the amount of at least 300000000 (three hundred million) som" to add the paragraph with words and figures "till July 1, 2017".
2. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
