b) to state the subitem "v" of Item 8 in the following edition:

"c) exercises the state supervision in the field of physical protection of nuclear materials, nuclear installations and Items of storage of nuclear materials on the nuclear objects subordinated to the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation, and also on nuclear objects on which accomplishment of orders for the benefit of ensuring defense of the Russian Federation (in the organizations subordinated to federal executive bodies, the organizations performing activities in the field of maintaining federal executive bodies, the organizations and the federal nuclear organizations of State Atomic Energy Corporation "Rosatom", federal state budgetary institution "The National Research Center "Kurchatov Institute", and also in Other Organizations irrespective of Legal Form and Pattern of Ownership);" is performed.
