2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of entry into force of the Federal Law "About Introduction of Amendments to the Federal Law "About Physical Culture and Sport in the Russian Federation" and Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation for the purpose of Prevention of Illegal Influence on Results of Official Sports Competitions".
