About modification of the Regulations on procedure of phytosanitary quarantine control (supervision) on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union

According to Item 18 of the Protocol on application of sanitary, veterinary and sanitary and quarantine phytosanitary measures (appendix No. 12 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) and Item 50 of appendix No. 1 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 No. 98, Council of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure of phytosanitary quarantine control (supervision) on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of June 18, 2010 No. 318, the following changes:

a) to add the subitem 5 of Item 3.9 with words ", except for the case specified in Item 3.91 of this provision";

b) add with Item 3.91 of the following content:

"3.91. Discrepancy of number of the truck tractor with number specified in the phytosanitary certificate is not the basis for recognition of the phytosanitary certificate invalid provided that numbers of the semitrailer truck and trail car towed by it (in the presence) match with numbers specified in the phytosanitary certificate.".

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
