attaching importance to development of cooperation in the field of rapprochement of the economic legislation,

agreed with following:

Article 1

Carry out work on rapprochement of the legislation regulating economic activity on the following directions:

the civil legislation (in the part regulating economic activity);

legislation on inventions, industrial designs and trademarks;

legislation on the companies and predprinimatelny activities, on procedure for consideration of economic disputes, antitrust law;

legislation on environmental protection;

the legislation regulating interstate movement of goods and services including the legislation on quality and standardization of goods and services;

legislation on cash, bank system and securities;

legislation on finance, taxes and prices;

transport legislation;

the legislation on the external economic relations, including the legislation on foreign investments and currency control;

the legislation regulating customs rules and rates.

The parties can according to the mutual arrangement make changes to this list.

Article 2

The parties hold consultations and negotiations on the conclusion of agreements on rapprochement of the economic legislation, first of all on the questions representing the greatest relevance for all participants of this agreement.
