About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine

According to Articles 7, of 15, of 40, "About the National Bank of Ukraine" and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine in compliance with the legislation of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides 56 Laws of Ukraine:

1. Approve Changes in:

1) the Instruction about procedure for opening, use and closing of accounts in national and foreign currencies, approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of November 12, 2003 No. 492, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 17, 2003 at No. 1172/8493 (with changes) which are applied;

2) the Instruction about clearing settlements in Ukraine in national currency approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of January 21, 2004 No. 22, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 29, 2004 for No. 377/8976 (with changes) which are applied;

3) the Instruction about interbank money transfer in Ukraine in national currency approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 16, 2006 No. 320, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 6, 2006 at No. 1035/12909 (with changes) which are applied;

4) Regulations on procedure for execution by banks of documents for transfer, the forced write-off and arrest of money in foreign currencies and bank metals approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of July 28, 2008 No. 216, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 1, 2008 on No. 910/15601 (with changes) which are applied.
