Charge to Council of permanent plenipotentiaries of the State Parties of the Commonwealth under authorized and other bodies of the Commonwealth together with Executive committee of the CIS with involvement of experts in addition to study overall performance of Economic Court of the CIS taking into account transfer into session basis and make offers on feasibility and the possible directions of its further reforming, and also the corresponding draft decision for consideration of Council of CIS Heads of Government.

5. Take into consideration the Decision of Council of Foreign Ministers of the CIS of August 23, 2005 about expansion of powers and increase in responsibility of Council of permanent plenipotentiaries of the State Parties of the Commonwealth under authorized and other bodies of the Commonwealth.
