Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of February 26, 1997 No. 31-FZ "About mobilization preparation and mobilization in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 1997, No. 9, Art. 1014; 2004, No. 35, Art. 3607; 2006, No. 1, Art. 10) following changes:
