Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of treasurer maintenance in 2016 of public contracts, agreements (agreements), and also contracts, agreements, agreements signed within their execution approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 4, 2016 No. 70 "About procedure for treasurer maintenance in 2016 for public contracts, agreements (agreements), and also contracts, agreements, agreements signed within their execution" (The Russian Federation Code, 2016, No. 7, the Art. 980).
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

The specified decisions are made by the Government of the Russian Federation based on the proposals of the corresponding main managers of the means of the federal budget providing subsidies to the organizations, approved with the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation.".
