"Article 64. Pension payment in case of departure on permanent residence out of limits of the territory of the Russian Federation
The pensions provided by this Law are paid to persons specified in article 1 of this Law, and the members of their families leaving (left) on permanent residence of the territory of the Russian Federation, according to the procedure, established by the Government of the Russian Federation if other is not established by international treaties of the Russian Federation.".
