1. Adopt the Statement of heads of states of the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Republic of Moldova, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, the Republic of Uzbekistan and Ukraine in connection with the 60th anniversary of the UN it (is applied).

2. Charge to the state presiding in Council of heads of states of the Commonwealth of Independent States, distribute the text of the statement in the United Nations.

It is made in the city of Kazan on August 26, 2005 in one authentic copy in Russian. The authentic copy is stored in Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States which will send to each state which signed this Decision, its verified copy.
