1. This Federal Law becomes effective after thirty days after day of its official publication.
2. If the legal entity or the individual entrepreneur operating hazardous production facility does not carry out re-registration in the state register of hazardous production facilities of hazardous production facility which class of danger shall be changed according to the subitem 1 of Item 5 of appendix 2 to the Federal Law of July 21, 1997 to No. 116-FZ "About industrial safety of hazardous production facilities" (in edition of this Federal Law), scheduled inspections of such legal entity or such individual entrepreneur concerning the specified hazardous production facility are carried out according to the subitem "b" of Item 5.1 of article 16 of the Federal Law of July 21, 1997 No. 116-FZ "About industrial safety of hazardous production facilities".
