2. To the State Parties of the CIS to publish the text of the Address in mass media on the eve of the 20th anniversary of the Chernobyl accident.

3. To the state presiding in the Commonwealth of Independent States to distribute the text of this Appeal to the UN as the official document.

It is made in the city of Kazan on August 26, 2005 in one authentic copy in Russian. The authentic copy is stored in Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States which will send to each state which signed this Decision, its verified copy.
