About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About frontier"

Article 1. Regarding 1 article 22.1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About frontier" of November 20, 2001, ZR-265:
a) in the Item to exclude the words "fishing accessories";
b) state the Item "e" in the following edition:
"e) be engaged in hunting, industrial fishery, wood procurement (except for sanitary cleanings and cutting down of the trees performed in the gardens belonging to citizens on the property right or leases), to do harm to vegetation (except for the haymaking performed on the parcels of land belonging to citizens on the property right or leases), to the property belonging to border troops or to destroy them, to be engaged without the corresponding permission in land use, use of water resources, forest utilization, geological researches and archaeological researches, mining, construction of hydroconstructions (except for hydroconstructions which creation follows from requirements of international treaties of the Republic of Armenia).".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of its official publication.
