Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Main directions of state policy in the field of increase in energy efficiency of power industry on the basis of use of renewable energy resources for the period till 2024 approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 8, 2009 No. 1-r (The Russian Federation Code, 2009, No. 4, Art. 515; 2013, No. 23, Art. 2931; 2015, No. 31, Art. 4741).

Changes which are made to the Main directions of state policy in the field of increase in energy efficiency of power industry on the basis of use of renewable energy resources for the period till 2024

1. In the Section I:

a) in the paragraph the fourteenth the words "extreme sizes" shall be replaced with words "basic extreme sizes";

b) add with the text of the following content:

"For competitive selections of investment projects on construction of the generating objects functioning on the basis of the renewable energy resources which are carried out after January 1, 2015, the size of capital expenditure for construction of 1 kW of installed capacity of the generating object determined concerning limiting corresponding year for each of types of the generating objects functioning on the basis of renewable energy resources is calculated as the work established concerning the specified year of basic extreme size of capital expenditure for construction of 1 kW of installed capacity of such generating object and the coefficient reflecting changes of the foreign exchange rates established by the Central bank of the Russian Federation in relation to ruble on condition to start date of order taking for competitive selection.
