About modification of Regulations of the Government of the Russian Federation

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations of the Government of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 1, 2004 No. 260 "About Regulations of the Government of the Russian Federation and Regulations on the Russian Government Office" (The Russian Federation Code, 2004, No. 23, Art. 2313; 2009, No. 19, Art. 2346; 2012, No. 42, Art. 5716; No. 52, Art. 7491; 2013, No. 24, Art. 3013; No. 38, Art. 4831; 2015, No. 12, Art. 1758).

Changes which are made to Regulations of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. To add Item 84 paragraph two after words of "the official representative" with words "(official representatives)".

2. The paragraph one of Item 87 to replace with the text of the following content:

"87. Under the bill introduced in the State Duma by the Government the official representative (official representatives) of the Government is appointed.

The official representative of the Government can be appointed from among members of the government, heads and deputy managers of federal executive bodies, state non-budgetary funds, the Federal Services and federal agencies, bodies and the organizations which management of activities is performed by the President of the Russian Federation or the Government.
