1. In the appendix "Rates of Import Customs Duties on the Goods Imported into the Azerbaijan Republic", approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of December 22, 2003 No. 161 "About rates of customs duties on export-import transactions, the amount of the charges levied for customs clearance in the Azerbaijan Republic" of April 12, 2001 No. 80", in the 4th column of the 70th commodity group on goods item "7019 12 000 0" to replace the tariff charge with "15" tariff charge "0".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
