About modification and amendments in some legal acts

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. – In article 29 of the Law on wages system in the budget sphere No. 355-XVI of December 23, 2005 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006,

Art. No. 35-38, 148), with subsequent changes and amendments to make the following additions:

part (to add 1) with the Item d-1) of the following content:

"d-1) for participation in the projects of development which are in the field of their competence as a part of body in which perform activities;";

add Article with part (5-1) following contents:

"(5-1) Size as a percentage allowances for participation in the projects of development and employee category which are in the field of their competence receiving this allowance are established by the Government.".

Art. II. – In article 25 of the Law on the state position and the status of the government employee No. 158-XVI of July 4, 2008 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, Art. No. 230-232, 840), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:
