Art. I. – Item 5 of the Section II of appendix 1 to the Law on wages system in the budget sphere No. 355-XVI of December 23, 2005 (2006, Art. No. 35-38, 148), with subsequent changes and amendments, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with words ", social assistants in services of the public assistance of communities".
Art. II. – Provisions of this law become effective since January 1, 2017.
