State paragraph two of Item 2.1 of the Regulations on calculation of average earnings (the income, cash allowance) in case of purpose of the maternity allowance and monthly allowance on child care to separate categories of citizens approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 29, 2009 No. 1100 "About approval of the Regulations on calculation of average earnings (the income, cash allowance) in case of purpose of maternity allowance and monthly allowance on child care to separate categories of citizens" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, No. 1, Art. 110; 2013, No. 38, the Art. 4816), in the following edition:
"Average day earnings for calculation of monthly allowance on child care according to part 3.3 of article 14 of the Federal law "About Compulsory Social Insurance on Case of Temporary Disability and in connection with Motherhood" cannot exceed the size determined by division into the 730th limiting amounts of sizes of base for charge of the insurance premiums for compulsory social insurance on case of temporary disability and in connection with motherhood established for 2 calendar years preceding year of approach of child care leave according to the Federal Law "About Insurance Premiums in the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation, Federal Compulsory Health Insurance Fund" (for the period till December 31, 2016 inclusive) and (or) in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation about taxes and fees (since January 1, 2017).".
