About approval of standard report form about the procedure of public procurement
For the purpose of standardization of reports on procedures of public procurements, based on provisions of Art. 73 of the Law No. 131 of July 3, 2015 on public procurements (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, No. 197-205, 402), with subsequent changes and amendments, I ORDER to the Art.:
1. Approve the standard form of the Report on the procedure of public procurement according to appendix.
2. For the report on results of procedures for public procurements the buying bodies constitute the Report on the standard form approved in appendix to this order.
3. In case of the conclusion of agreements on public procurements to provide to the buying body expectation adherence to deadline for the conclusion of the agreement on public procurement according to provisions of Art. 30 and 31 of the Law No. 131 of July 3, 2015 on public procurements.
