- in view of that the Kyrgyz Republic has the property right to cottage No. 17 total area of 531,66 of sq.m and the parcel of land Ploshchad 0,17 of hectare, located in the residential town "It is scarlet - Arch" the cities of Bishkek,
- considering that the Republic of Kazakhstan has the property right to No. V-5 cottage total area of 555,9 of sq.m and the parcel of land Ploshchad 0,247 of hectare, the cities of Astana located in the Diplomatic town,

The Kyrgyz Side transfers to free use for a period of 49 years to the Republic of Kazakhstan cottage No. 17 by total area of 531,66 of sq.m and the parcel of land Ploshchad 0,17 of hectare in the residential town "Is scarlet - Arch" the cities of Bishkek.
