About access to construction objects, transport, power industry for the purpose of development of electronic communication networks

This Law determines legal, economic and organizational basis of ensuring access to infrastructure of construction objects, transport, power industry, the cable sewerage of telecommunication, house distribution network for placement of technical means of electronic communications for the purpose of ensuring development of information society in Ukraine, establishes powers of public authorities, local government bodies, determines the rights and obligations of persons participating in such economic relations.

Section I General provisions

Article 1. Determination of terms

1. In this Law the following basic concepts are used:

house distribution network - part of network of electronic communications of access between cable input of the house and Items of the termination of the network of electronic communications intended for providing consumers with electronic communication services in certain rooms (apartments) of the house, including Internet access;

the agreement on access - the agreement signed according to the legislation between the owner of infrastructure of access object and the customer on access to infrastructure of access object for the purpose of use of it or its elements for possibility of provision of electronic communication services by the customer and receipt of such services by their consumers taking into account the conditions determined by this Law;
