About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning strengthening of social protection of persons living in temporarily occupied territories and in settlements on the line of contact

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. Article 41 of the Law of Ukraine "About vocational training" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1998, No. 32, Art. 215; 2013, No. 52, Art. 729; 2015, 30, the Art. 271) after the words "received during the mass actions of civil protest" to add No. with the words "the children living in settlements on the line of contact".

2. Paragraph two of part two of article 34 of the Law of Ukraine "About general secondary education" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1999, No. 28, Art. 230; 2016, 22, the Art. 452) after the words "the territory of conducting anti-terrorist operation (for its carrying out)" to add No. with the words "the territory of settlements on the line of contact".

3. Part the fourteenth article 19 of the Law of Ukraine "About child care" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001, No. 30, Art. 142; 2015, 30, the Art. 271) after the words "received during the mass actions of civil protest" to add No. with words to "the children living in settlements on the line of contact".

4. In part twelve of article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About providing the rights and freedoms of citizens and legal regime in temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2014, No. 26, the Art. 892, No. 27, the Art. 905, No. 39, Art. 2011; 2015, No. 1, Art. 1; 2016, No. 16, Art. 167):
