About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning implementation of the European environmental standards about protection of the circle of rare species of animals and plants

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (The sheet of the Supreme Council of USSR, 1984, Appendix to No. 51, the Art. 1122):

The second Article 71 of the word "from three to seven" shall be replaced with words 1) in the paragraph "from fifteen to thirty five";

The second Article 73 of the word "from five to ten" shall be replaced with words 2) in the paragraph "from twenty five to fifty", and the words "from ten to twenty" - the words "from fifty to hundred";

3) in Article 77:

in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words parts one of the word "from one to three" "from five to fifteen", and the words "from three to ten" - the words "from fifteen to fifty";

in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words parts two of the word "from three to ten" "from fifteen to fifty", and the words "from seven to twelve" - the words "from thirty five to sixty";

Paragraph one of article 90 after the word "Deterioration" to add 4) with the word "destruction".

2. In paragraph three of part two of article 16 of the Law of Ukraine "About natural and reserved fund of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1992, No. 34, of the Art. 502) of the word "implementation of fire-proof and sanitary actions" shall be replaced with words "implementation of fire-proof actions and selective diagnostic shooting of wild animals for veterinary and sanitary examination".

3. Part one of article 19 of the Law of Ukraine "About fauna" (2002, No. 14, the Art. 97) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with the paragraph the sixth the following content:
