About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2016

Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. In the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 14, 2012 No. 591 "About approval of Rules of preparation and adoption of acts of the Government of the Russian Federation of determination of particular procurement, lists and (or) groups of goods, works, services, data on which are not the state secret, but are not subject to placement on the official site" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 25, the Art. 3385):

a) in the name and the text of the word "on the official site" shall be replaced with words "in unified information system in the field of purchases";

b) in Rules of preparation and adoption of acts of the Government of the Russian Federation of determination of particular procurement, lists and (or) groups of goods, works, services, data on which are not the state secret, but are not subject to placement on the official site:

in the name of the word "on the official site" shall be replaced with words "in unified information system in the field of purchases";

in Item 1 of the word "on the official site on the Internet for posting information on placing orders for the supply of goods, works and services (further-the official site, drafts of acts)" shall be replaced with words "in unified information system in the field of purchases (further - unified information system, drafts of acts)";

in Items 3 and 5 of the word "on the official site" shall be replaced with words "in unified information system".
