Designing of highways public is performed according to requirements of town-planning documentation and basic data for designing with observance of requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On regulation of town-planning activities", article 50 of the Law of Ukraine "About highways", the Approval procedure of construction projects and the conducting their examination approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 11, 2011 No. 560 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 41, the Art. 1674), construction regulations and these single requirements.
The new construction, reconstruction, capital repairs of highways public are performed according to the approved project documentation according to the procedure, determined by the Law of Ukraine "On regulation of town-planning activities" taking into account these single requirements.
