including the sphere of preparation of military personnel one of the most important factors of ensuring effective interaction of armed forces, other troops and military forming of the Parties and development of the allied relations between them,

aiming at ensuring the level of training of military personnel of the Parties meeting the requirements facing multilateral forces and means of system of collective security

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The stated below terms used in this agreement mean:

"military educational institution" - educational institutions of the higher, secondary and additional professional education and military units in which preparation of military personnel of the Parties is performed;

"sending party" - the state member of the Organization directing the military personnel for preparation in military educational institutions of other Parties;

"host party" - the state member of the Organization accepting the military personnel of other Parties for their preparation in the military educational institutions;

"the transferring Party" - the state member of the Organization transferring to other Party methodologies, educational literature and elements of educational material resources.

Article 2

The parties aim at forming and development of single system of preparation of military personnel for armed forces, other troops and military forming of state members of the Organization for the approved specialties and training programs.
