About modification and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of reduction of decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in compliance with the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About public-private partnership in the Kyrgyz Republic", being guided by articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About single questions in the field of public-private partnership in the Kyrgyz Republic" of January 28, 2013 No. 39 the following changes and amendment:

in the Regulations on the tender commission on selection of private partners in projects of public-private partnership approved by the above-named resolution:

- state Item 5 in the following edition:

"5. The tender commission is formed by the state partner after approval of the project of PPP by authorized state body.";
